So great to have in-person conferences again! Every year we compiled a list of both in-person and online microbiome conferences from around the world, which cover all aspects of the microbiome from stage (basic science, R&D, commercialization) to application (human, animal, plant, environmental, gut, skin, oral, etc.) and more. While this is not an exhaustive list, it does cover the larger, higher quality and more popular conferences.
Having attended many microbiome conferences over the years, we have some favorites that we like to attend (we wish we could attend them all). This year we will be attending the following conferences – hope to see you there:
- Microbiome R&D and Business Collaboration Forum: Europe on May 23 - 24, 2023 in Rotterdam, Netherlands – the Global Engage conferences are the best to see the breadth of what is going on scientifically and commercially across the gut microbiome in health and disease, including the gut-brain axis, cancer and cardiometabolic disease, infant heath, skin microbiome, and personalize nutrition and probiotics.
- Having IMPACTT 3: Advancing Microbiome Research on July 10 – 12 in Canmore, AB, Canada – while we love Canmore (20 minutes from Banff) and it is held at the “Malcolm” Hotel, this is a world class scientific conference with leading microbiome research from Canada and around the world. In case you were wondering, IMPACTT stands for Integrated Microbiome Platforms for Advancing Causation Testing and Translation. Great networking with researchers, clinicians, and industry folks like us.
- Microbiome R&D and Business Collaboration Forum: USA on October 19 – 20, 2023 in San Diego, United States – great venue, great networking, top thought leaders – we believe the Global Engage meetings are the top microbiome scientific and networking events.
