Happy International Women's Day from Microbiome Insights

At Microbiome Insights, we're proud of the women on our team who help us do what we do. It's important to us that we recruit only the best and most driven individuals -- and we are proud that more than 40% of our employees and leaders are women. 

Our team, including in the leadership roles, is diverse and talented. We are lucky to count among our ranks some of the rising stars in the pharma and life sciences field locally: like our Senior Director of Personal Health, Nataša Jovic, who was among the elite group of life science professionals chosen to be in the inaugural cohort of the executive development program through the Canadian Drug Research & Development Academy Executive Institute. We're also honoured to include microbial ecologist Dr. Janet Jansson, Chief Scientist for Biology in the Biological Sciences Division and a Laboratory Fellow at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, on our scientific advisory board.

Today we celebrate all the women on our team: how far they've helped bring us in this fast-moving field of life sciences, and where they'll continue to take us as we continue our growth through the years ahead.
