Based on the local situation at this time, our lab remains open and operational, supporting our clients. We have taken precautions, such as limiting lab access to only essential personnel, and having our bioinformatics, sales and support teams work remotely - where they are available to answer your questions, provide updates on studies, and support logistics.
This is clearly a very dynamic time, and we are aware that we may face the necessity of temporarily suspending operations based on the situation here in Vancouver. We will notify you in the event of any changes.

For sample shipments, we recommend talking directly to shipping companies for updates and reaching out to our team with any specific concerns. At present, FedEx and UPS are operating normally in the U.S. and Canada. If you are shipping from other regions, we recommend that you check with your provider before shipping samples to us.
